Dr. Rafael Moreno Sales was an excellent doctor for my BBPV. I had such a bad case I could not stand without vomiting. He understood the vertigo causes right away, explained everything in detail, and did the necessary maneuvers for the particular type I was experiencing. He was kind, intelligent... Leer Mas... and had a great manner about him. He speaks great English, but I recommend him for his thorough, intelligent, and kind care that solved my problem in one visit. I very highly recommend him - and I've had lots of experiences in the USA medical system with doctors! Thank you Dr. Sales!

Dr. Rafael Moreno is such a great and attentive doctor. He definitely exceeded my expectations. I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for as long as i could remember but i was very scared because i have seen so many people get botched by other doctors, including people i know. I had... Leer Mas... been following Dr. Moreno on instagram for a while and after seeing his work more and more i knew he was the doctor i wanted to get my procedure done with. I am from Edinburg, Tx. so i had to make the drive to Monterrey which is not so bad. Thankfully, i have a cousin living here. It was really easy to be able to make an appointment with him, and after my first visit i told him my concerns regarding my nose and my expectations, that same day i made my appointment. The day of the surgery i went in at 7 a.m., my surgery started at 8 a.m. I believe the surgery lasted about 2 hours and i was already ready to be out by 2 p.m. once the anesthesia wore off. The days after my surgery i had a few questions regarding my nose and the healing process and not once did he fail to respond. He was extremely helpful and attentive. I went in today after 10 days to get my splint and stitches off and I am completely in love with my new nose. I was very anxious about how i would look but i couldn’t be any happier with the results. I would 100% recommend him for anyone wanting to get a nose job. I could not have asked for a better doctor!

I traveled from New Orleans to come see Dr. Rafael Moreno for my rhinoplasty. I scheduled my surgery and tests months in advance and I was honestly anxious about surgery and whether or not I was gonna have a hard time getting ubers or getting my tests done, especially as... Leer Mas... someone who doesn’t speak Spanish fluently, but it was actually really easy! The ubers are really good here and fast, and the testing is quick and easy. I stayed at the Radisson hotel, its really close to the hospital so I was able to walk to all my appointments. The surgery center he works at is also really clean and the nurses are really nice. I’m super glad I chose him because he listens to your concerns and keeps your nose super natural! Recovery was not painful at all, I just stayed in my hotel room to rest, I didn’t even need pain meds. The doctor is also super attentive, every time I had a question I just messaged him and he replied within a couple hours, sometimes even minutes. My nose looks really good and I can breathe perfectly. If I had to do it all over again I definitely would. Super happy and grateful. :)

I highly recommend Dr. Moreno Sales. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive through the whole process and really made me feel at ease with my surgery. I held off on my functional surgery for many years because I was scared it would cause undesired changes to my nose but... Leer Mas... after consulting with a few ENTs in the US; I decided to go with Dr. Moreno Sales because of the high quality of his work. I am now 2 weeks post op and extremely happy with my surgery. I can finally breathe better than ever and the cosmetic changes he made look very natural without compromising the harmony of my face. His office was very good about facilitating for patients who are out of town by setting up my initial consult via video call and being available for any questions throughout the process such as where to go for labs, covid testing, meds etc. His office is located in a state of the art building near the city center where you can find hotels, restaurants, shopping centers etc to enjoy during your stay. Monterrey is a major metropolitan city so it is not hard to find a direct flight (I flew direct from Detroit) and Ubers are very accessible for transportation.

I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Rafael and this is my experience. First I had a virtual consultation to know the cost then I traveled from the United States to Mexico for the first time. I rented an Airbnb through the app for a month a very quiet and... Leer Mas... safe area with easy access located near the doctor's office in Doctors Hospital, I took uber which works the same way as in the USA through the app which automatically converts to pesos. I had 4 consultations with the doctor during my stay, the first was to evaluate my nose, the second was surgery, the third was to remove the cast, splints and stitches on my nose, and the fourth was to remove nose wings stitches. The surgery was in a different place from the office but very clean and there is a team with the doctor, there is an anesthesiologist, a nurse, an assistant and other people who are very kind. All the surgery went well, It did not hurt at all, I was anesthetized throughout the procedure when I woke up my nose was already done then I was resting for several days and if you have any questions or emergencies during that time just text or call to the doctor and he will answer you immediately so you will not feel alone in this process if you feel bad, you can also hire a nurse to take care of you if you wish. During my stay I had no security issues I really enjoyed the nice weather. I found many pharmacies everywhere, restaurants, supermarkets so don't worry or you can also order food in uber eats if you don't want to go out. There are also many exchange houses where you can exchange dollars for pesos. Well, that was my experience. I really recommend Dr. Rafael, a very kind and professional person, he speaks English too. I am happy with the results they’re very natural but at the same time stylish. I'm already in the United States but I will have video call consultations to see my progress.

I traveled from Los Angeles, California to see dr. Rafael in Monterrey and I would do it again!!. Honestly the best experience! I’ve been wanting to get my nose done because I had such thick skin and not the most appealing tip. I explained to the doctor that I wanted... Leer Mas... something natural, and that’s exactly what he did. There was no language barrier because he also speaks English. The surgery went very well his staff is very organized and clean. I had a video appointment in which we got to know each other and explained how I needed a rhinoplasty since I had problems breathing. Then I had a... Leer Mas... face to face appointment to meet him in person and decide if I want to go head and do the surgery. I like how friendly and direct he is. He checked my nose and gave me an example how my nose was going to look, I decided to go head and trust him. My surgery was 2 days after the face to face appointment. I had no complications at all. When I would message him for questions he would reply fast. Today marks the 12th day of my surgery and I came back to remove my cast and I’m in love with the results. My nose came out really good, and I’m able to breath. I would definitely recommend him for a rhinoplasty.

After a year of neck and deep ear pain, other symptoms, and countless doctor's appointments in the US, I decided to visit Dr. Moreno Sales during a recent visit to Monterrey. I completed an initial consultation, a CT scan, and follow up. Not only was I able to quickly schedule... Leer Mas... the appointments, but he gave me his time, listened attentively, didn't act like "it was all in my head" like most other doctors have done, thoroughly examined me, and patiently discussed this thoughts and findings with me both verbally and visually. I left his office feeling cared for and with a treatment plan. Now a week later, I feel better than I have all year, both physically and mentally, and will continue with the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Moreno Sales.
